Total Body Workout Routine
This total body workout is quick, easy,
and when repeated daily, is a great
way to workout without having to
rush off to the gym.



 
 

Three sets daily of the following exercise:
- 1 minute jumping jacks
- 5 sit-ups
- 15 lunges left leg
- 15 lunges right leg
- 10 sit-ups
- 20 squats
- 15 push-ups 
- 15 sit-ups
- 1 minute bicycle crunches

 Tips
- Take rest brakes and drink water in between the three sets.
- For a more challenging workout, use weights, water bottles, pretty much anything
heavy throughout the workout.
- Not up for a full on workout? Even just one set of the exercise daily is
enough.
- You can always change up the numbers to suit your
desired exercise level.
